On Saturday I came into Bathroom Bizarre to look at the Cobra taps that they had because a contractor who had installed our taps had not supplied us with the flange behind the tap. Immediately Velaphi Shibiri and Nthabiseng Patja came to ask if I needed help. I explained about the missing flange, and they volunteered to contact Cobra on my behalf, even though Bathroom Bizarre had not been in the initial supplier of the tap. I sent them pictures of the flange and on Sunday Velaphi sent me a follow-up email. On Tuesday he phoned to tell me where I could fetch the flange from, and that there would be no charge! By Tuesday afternoon I had the flange that my contractor had taken 4 years to not supply! Well done for excellent customer service.
