A simple trip to buy a towel rack turned into a very nasty experience.
My wife chose the rack she wanted. Was advised by MATILDA, there was no stock. My wife said she would take the display, but being scratched could she have a discount. She was told NO, "you are lucky we don, t charge more as it is assembled! " She then advised Matilda to plse phone one of the other branched to see who had stock. i.e. Boksburg/Greenstone. Matilda refused and said if we gave here money for petrol she would think about it... My wife addressed here about her attitude and she started being abusive. She then turned away with a smirk on her face and started laughing in front of other black staff and customers. We felt this was definately.
When asked to speak to the manager she said he was not available and that SHE was in charge.
We have spent tons of money here over the years, on all our properties, but NEVER again. Bathroom Bizarre do you realise how many customers you are losing in Edevale because of this unsavoury person.
As a businessman I would never tolerate this behaviour towards my clients from any member of my staff. They would have been fired long ago!
