Pathetic service, item out of stock so we could not complete the job, returned all goods the next day after purchasing due to the fact that i could not get more of the tile i needed from them. charged me 10% handling and refused to pay my money back, said they will eft.
i find that terrible as it was not my fault i had to return the goods, was only returned because they did not have enough stock. so why should we wait for our refund and get charged a fee? as for the service and sttitude of the staff it was pathetic, never again will i purchase from them. pathitic is not the word!
