I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dwayne and Ignatius for the great service and always remaining calm even when they have a cue of 7 customers waiting to be helped.
I bought taps and fittings about 3 years ago from bathroom bizarre and have only recently gotten around to the third bathroom.
My wife decided it would be a good idea to put in a diverter for a handshower... which is a problem to try and match all the mixers... Dwayne went the extra mile to get me the fitting to match from the head office "by Friday" which to my surprise actually was Friday, as well as a bath that they did not have stock of.
The service and advise has made my life so much easier and saved me allot of time and money, this is unfortunately a rarity these days.
Even though you will not respond i hope other clientele read this and are swayed your direction.
Thanks once again for the great service and always smiling even when you have to deal with tough customers.
