Bathroom Bizarre (BB) has some incredible products, but beware, critical and general spares are tailored specifically for their product lines. So if you need to replace the cistern mechanical inners of your toilet, chances are it will be on a back order, or come back in three days time, the usual response. Similarly with shower door bottom strips - BB NATIONALLY does not have any replacement strips as at May 25-26 May 2013. quite unbelievable. Whilst Builders Warehouse and any general hardware store may have strips and cistern equip, it wont fit on the BB shower doors and toilets and/ or have reduced functionality. Please inform us as patrons accordingly when purchasing these products, so that we know a) they are not interchangeable with other brands and b) BB most likely wont have spares. most disappointed and frustrated. this has happened four times in a row now.
