After listing our complaint on Sunday 10th February, Jan called on Monday 11th February and admitted full responsibility and said he would be at our home at 11:00 on Tuesday 12th. He called on the 12th and said he could not make it but would be here today, Saturday 16th Feb after lunch. We have waited the whole afternoon. We called both his cell numbers and left a voicemail on one. Called again and he answered then hung up. We got hold of his wife and partner on her cell and she said she would send him an SMS. It's now 6:00 and we have not heard a word from him.
