Building started in mid July and completed end September 2012, all invoices paid. We pointed out cracks in the wall they said they were settling cracks and they would come back in 3 months to check. There are now 5 cracks running from floor to ceiling and they say they are too busy and have not been back to inspect or fix and four and a half months have now passed. The ceiling and walls leak and they have sent the waterproofer back on a few occasions but we still experience severe leaks when it rains. They promised to supply guarantees in September and to date have not done so. Can someone give us advice on what to do get them to fix the problems and complete the work.
