I am totally and utterly gutted with the service of the Kempton Park Branch!!! I looked at Aluminium Windows on Wednesday, went back on Thursday to buy them only to get the shocked within one day the price has gone up by R90 each, totally unacceptable!!! Second now to my shock this morning the Salesman phones me to inform me that the one window I bought now is not available anymore!!! How in the!!! There were still stock when I bought them.
In general this is the worst experience of service ever experienced! Every time I get there you have to hunt to find assistance on products and even when you go to the building counter they stand and quarrel amongst themselves and you as the client has to stand and wait like an!!! I spend thousands of rand, which I regret!!! You are not worth my support!!!
I expect you to do something regarding this matter, I will not accept this and now the Salesman even wants to to me that I can take a smaller window it only differs R30 in price,!!! The one I first look at on Wednesday was R1 429 (1490x1190) then I bought the 1500x1500 for R1 659.99 no ways only R30 difference!!!
