We build a house just over 2 years ago. The handles on the aluminium windows started to give problems which I could not fix myself. I contacted the building contractor to obtain the suppliers name that fitted the windows. On receiving CT Aluminium's details I contacted them via email and requested the window handles to be fixed. What is amazing is that they responded immediately and made arrangements to come and fix the problem. They showed up on the time they committed to do so. They assessed the issue, gave the the feedback of what needs to happen and we made another appointment for them to come and fixed the issue. Again they showed up on time, replaced all the window handles with a new type of handle. This was done fast, effective, with a smile and they even cleaned up as they went about changing the handles. The next morning even before I could phone them to thank them for the excellent service they send an email to myself as well as the building contractor to advise that the work has been done and at no charge to myself. It is great to see some companies actually still care about service, quality and their customers. Well done CT ALUMINIUM. I will recommend them to anybody.
