I was wanting to spend in excess of 6k painting the exterior of my 6 bedroom house. I requested samples to be mixed up by Sizwe. He mixed up 2 of the samples incorrectly but was then unable to supply me with any further samples as he was now out of stock of the sample pots. I asked if I could have the 1l paint at the same price as the sample, it was a difference of R100. After speaking to the the manager Lebo, they were unprepared to supply me the 1l at the same price. It was after all Sizwe's fault that he had mixed incorrect samples They were happy for me to leave my full trolley behind and not have me spend the 6k budget at their store as they wouldn't accomodate my request. I was told I could come back on wednesday when more sample pots would be in stock. Builders warehouse why should I waste more of my time and money on your ineffecient service! A discount is what I asked for on a mistake they had made!! Builders warehouse you have lost a customer for life!! This makes no difference to your bottom line but I will happily go and spend my money at a store that is more obliging!
