Still waiting for refund of purchase on 26/01/2013

I tried to buy a couple of stuff from the store and the swiped my card and a received an email that the purchase went through, but it did not go through on their system. I have contacted them several time for the refund/fixing of the problem but still nothing has been done. This shocking.
