I purchased goods at Builders Warehouse on 2 March 2013. As they were unable to cut the wood purchased I returned the goods and they then issued me with a slip stating my debit card would be refunded. I contacted them the following week and they said it would take 14 working days for the funds to be credited to my account. After 14 days I contacted them again and this time they blamed my bankers Standard Bank. I contacted Standard Bank and they advised this was a problem from Builders Warehouse side. All I want is my refund of R219.30 and I would really like interest to pay for all the telephone calls I am still busy making trying to sort this mess out. I have also faxed my bank statmeents as well as the refund slip to them numerous times.
