On Friday 20 September, we purchased a kitchen from Builders - all cupboards, tops, handles and other finishes. It was quite a substantial amount. The lady who assisted us informed us that there would be no discount on kitchens during their birthday celebration period (which started the next day), so my husband and I paid, and left the store happy. The next morning, we returned to purchase an oven that was on special, only to see that there was a 20% discount on kitchens. The first manager we spoke to didn't seem to understand our unhappiness, and we asked for someone else. This manager was very helpful, agreed to refund us for all items purchased, and to reload those items at the discounted price. Because of that refund/discount, we could afford to purchase a more expensive oven. How refreshing to see that some companies still have a conscience. Thank you Builders!
