Substandard job -assocatiod collateral damage

Quoted to do job, which some of the items they were not skilled to undertake. Afterwards they said they should not have indicated they could do it.
Their workmanship, supervision of labour was well below acceptable standards. Substantial "collateral damage" associated with the jobs they did.
Poor workmanship, queried on this, they kept on saying this is "industry standards" - which is totally BS.
