I recently bought 4 brand new tyres Dunlop Sport 560 as I was told that they were better than the current SP6000 that I had. I have loyally supported this brand for nearly 2 decades and I am totally disgusted with a rejection letter that I received for one of my "brand new" tyres with hardly any thread worn almost coming apart. They in fact look brand new!! The workmanship on these tyres are by far substandard with the side walls having started to come / peel apart putting my safety at risk. I took this substandard tyre back to the dealer from where I purchased them and he sent them back for testing which came back with a letter rejecting the claim (not signed nor was there any test report given). This was shocking as these tyres were hardly worn and were peeling not bulging. The reason for the rejection was impact damage however I cant see this being the reason for tyres to come apart. I can understand a burst or a bulge but this is now trying to shift responsibility for a substandard product. I am shocked of your back up service. For goodness sake take responsibility for your product as millions place their lives in your brand!!
