Poor workmanship, no feedback and damaged property

Silverstar Autobody is the insurance company I am ensured with's panel beater of choice. I was in a car accident on the 6th of November 2012 my car has been with them since the 23rd of November 2013. The first date I received my vehicle back form them was on the 26th of March 2013. This was a whopping 4 months after the date they received it. The quality of the workmanship was shocking and I immedetialy asked for an accesor to inspect my vehicle. On the 27th of March 2013 an accesor inspected my vehicle and a list of substandard repairs as well as damage to my vehicle was noted. The items listed ranged from a terrible spray job, to damage to the interior of my vehicles dashboard and loose strips and panelling. The vehicle was picked up by the panel beaters driver on the 28th of March 2013. Today is the 29th of April and they are still unable to give me an estimated date of completion. Week after week I get half baked updates with no real insight on the true progress they are making. I would like to remove my vehicle form their site with immediate effect.
