Wendy De Waal sent a quotation for 2 items to Jamie on the 17Dec13. On the 20DEC, the signed quote and application was mailed back to Wendy. On 23DEC a call was made to the office to ask to why there had been no feedback as the equipment was needed for the 2JAN14. I was informed by a gentleman that Wendy was on leave and that I should forward the forms to himself and Michelle Mong (Branch Manager) and they will make arrangements for this. I made calls on the 24DEC to inquire on the progress of the app, but did not get any answer. Calls were made to Michelle but no answer or return call was received. On 2JAN, another call was made to Michelle who then said I should call Maricia at the Head Office. Maricia was very helpful and assisted so that the equipment was received; albeit the 3/01/14.. She said she had not received any paperwork from the Newcastle Branch. It was discovered that one was not working and so a refund was due. Wendy who was now back at work, said she would assist and the refund would be done by 16/01/14. On 20/01/14 I inquired with Liza at about the refund and she had not received the refund forms from the Newcastle Branch. She had the refund done the next day.
