I found out about national wendys on the internet and because the way they've advertised was so appealing, I decided to purchase a wendyhouse from them. I decided to purchase a 3x4 which was valued at R7000.the money was transfered via eft and shortly after they came to erect the wendy. They then decided that the 3x4 couldn't fit.they then left and returned with a 2x4 and charged R6500 without a refund and without my permission.the condition of the materials and workmanship were of extremely poor quality and within one week the floor had started to sink, nails and splits were sticking out, wholes in he wood and take that I have a 3 year old baby.so I decided to get back to joe who is the owner and complained about the condition of the wendy as I was in port elizabeth and had asked if he can wait til I return n order for him to come through and have a look at the poor quality of the wendy.after arriving from port elizabeth I then contacted joe to return and we decided that he can put up a 3x3 at a cost of r4500.the wendy is stil in poor condition and joe doesn't want to refund the money nor come and have a look at his "national wendy". I bought the wendy on 2/08/13.
