As per the previous complaints about Real People stating that they have addressed my concerns where I made an agreement that I would make payment by direct deposit, and being advised that although I received sms stating that I agreed to the debit order which was found to be inaccurate, I find that Real People proceeded to debit my account, this is the worst service received from any company. I agreed to one thing and Real People proceed to debit my account without my permission. I am extremely disgusted with the service I received from this company.
