Verminator Master Exterminators charged me R1000 for "Dune mole eradication, 3 months guaranteed." I have many photographs of mole hills to prove that they had not been eradicated. The invoice contains a paragraph which states "Please contact us if we haven't achieved a 100 percent perfect eradication, this is our company policy. It is our commitment to you and ourselves to offer the best service possible" When I contacted them via email, this is the response I received:
"Hi Mathew, You also don't have any evidence to the contrary, Where did you think the moles went to these past couple of months, the moon perhaps? I think that you are not going to be pleased no matter what, you would like us to remove the entire neighborhoods moles before you are happy.
The R1000 you speak so highly about is absolutely ludicrous, we have records of us coming to you enough times to make up the value of the cost.
We retract our offer to do any further business with you as the pain of organizing an appointment with you is almost as bad as your obtuse attitude.
Further we advise you to move house or planet, preferably one with oxygen.
Please don't contact us in the future as you will receive no reply"
