Gray Roof turned Pink

My roof turned pink in less than a year and the builder recon it's not his problem.

I've let him know telephonically about the problem on or before the 15th of November 2013. On the 7th of December 2013 I've send him images of the problem.

My house is an image of their work, cannot understand why builders don't see it like that.

This should be corrected on the Builders account.
