I bought two window frames yesterday and arranged for my builder to pick them up and install them today. When he arrived he found that they had used our frames as a step ladder and broke them, and they don't have any other stock. The result is that my renovations can't be completed before i move into my new house and now and I will have to pay double for the builder to come out again when i find the frames i like elsewhere. This is unacceptable and i am very disappointed.
