Builders Warehouse - I do not really like dealing with Builders Warehouse Nelspruit as I received a very sarcastic e-mail from the manager a while ago, which was actually unnecessary. I OFTEN shopped at Builders but have now for a few weeks tried to "avoid" them. But time heals all (so they say) so I phoned BW Nst today to find out about a gazebo. I phoned - after phone rang for (what felt like) forever, music played. Eventually I put the phone down and tried again. Same thing. Third time lucky. Asked to speak to someone who could assist me with a gazebo. I was told I was going through to Patrick. A Lady however answered and was upset because I did not know WHICH Patrick I was looking for. I advised her that reception put me through to her although I was told I was going through to Patrick. She then said she is at info and Patrick is at the garden section. Eventually I was put through to a man, whom I could unfortunately not hear as he was whispering (or he was extremely tired). I phoned again and again I got MUSIC and no human voice... I tried to forgive and forget but hey, seems like it was not meant to be
