I had your guys from come in last year and sort out my rising damp problem, however, after they left, I noticed they had a couple of my fragrances and a watch (which was a family inheritance). I subsequently got hold of Anthony via email and told him about the, and tried numerous times to contact him via telephone, but I still haven't got a reply or heard back from him. I assume that avoiding client complaints becomes the norm for a company with no integrity or ethics.
