Eurostyle replaced my wooden door and window frames with aluminium ones. Their work is shocking. They had to come back 5 times as part of the initial installation. I saw one of the workers remove the damp mesh that made up my damp course. I told the owner at the time. I now have damp. When I complained to the owner he suggested putting some wall products on the wall to stop the problem. I pointed out this was not his area of expertise and in fact it took 5 occasions to install the doors and windows, his area of expertise. I called in 3 damp proofing experts and got quotes from all of them. I sent all the quotes to the owner of Eurostyle and asked him which one was he prepared to pay. He is refusing to pay to have the damp fixed or take any responsibility. I've had an assessment of the work done and the findings was to remove the frames entirely do proper damp proofing and install them again. So to re-do all the work they've done that I paid them for in full.
