No response to request for repairs and service

Eaves Skylights installed several skylights at my home in Noordhoek, Cape Town in Dec 2009. In December last year I contacted Nigel Eaves to make an appointment to come and inspect the skylights, some of which urgently needed to be serviced and repaired. He failed to arrive at our appointment twice, without letting me know he wouldn't be arriving. We then agreed that he would come to see me in January of this year, and again he did not pitch up. Eventually, after many phone calls and sms's, he agreed to come and see me in March. To suit his hectic schedule, I agreed to meet with him on a Saturday morning. Again he did not arrive, sms'ing me to say he could only make it on Sunday at 11 a.m. In desperation I agreed, and the next day he arrived at 12 o'clock, one hour late. We did an inspection together, agreed on the extent of the repairs required and he promised to provide me with a quote the next week. I never heard from him again, despite us agreeing on the urgency of the situation (leaking skylights and potential damage to floors etc.). I have since e-mailed him, sent sms's and left messages with his assistant, all to no avail.
