In 2011 we did some renovations to our home and wanted to get a fireplace. Needless to say we saw a product we liked at Builders warehouse (it is a bit of a problem to get someone actually from any department to help you AND habe knowledge of the product you want - this has never happened they allways had to call in either one or two other people to assist to give the correct infromation) but the did not have stock of the cowls so we said we will buy it but they must please let us know as soon as they do get stock in and we will come and pay and collect. Ok it is now Jan 2013 nothing so eventually we made other arrangements with another dealer. This year middle december I wanted to get a build in braai from them - firstly the same no one can or will help you unless you act like a propper . this is getting old fashened. We eventually after waiting for the 3rd person to come and help us just moved on. Now we went to see the bathroom department - WHAT A WAISTE!!! The lady we asked if the jucuzzi's that is in stock on the one is that is displayed answered yes turned around and walked away?? so we walked out as well. Can BW please arrange some service please
