At the end of 02/2013 I purchased kitchen units from Game (N1 City). A company called UCAN supply and install these units for Game. The first nonsense started when the installation was delayed. After several emails & phone calls they eventually came and installed 80% of the kitchen. Due to their bad planning they could not finish the kitchen and certain sections still had to be manufactured.
I paid more than R14 000.00 when I placed the order.3 & a half months later this project is still not finished. The regional manager of UCAN even went as far as to blame me for this stating that I "am never at home". I want to know the dates he is referring to.
I've arranged for someone to be at home on 15/06.He got a call from the regional manager of UCAN confirming he will be there and promised to send a fitter out. Again, this proved to be a waste of time. He didn't have the decency to cancel the appointment.
I've never had such bad service from GAME.Game should take responsibility for everything they sell! Unless you seek the same service, never buy kitchen cupboards from GAME as they are using an unreliable supplier.
I'll proceed to post photos of this on Facebook as a warning to the public.
