The marketing is slick, but nothing else. On installation they broke over 150 tiles, refused the replace and we had to pay! Demand cash up front and then you are the one stuck! The SABS is not about how they do the work its about the way they make the trusses. The team had to come back 5 times to fix the mess and its still not correct! Workers on one night left the roof wide open in places even though a massive storm was coming, our builder saved the day by coming at night just as the storm started and covering the open roof parts with plastic.
This was the most stressful part of our build! The Marley rep came to have a look when we complained of broken tiles way to many, and he was shocked at the work quality, after this report they had to come again to fix.
