On 13 July 2013, I purchased kitchen cabinets and doors, but the doors were not available. I was told to collect the doors in two weeks as that is the lead time for doors.
Two weeks later (27th) I returned, but I was told that not all the doors had been received - and I was promised that it would be there on the Wednesday (31st) and I would receive a phone call confirming this.
By the Saturday, 3rd, I did not receive any phone call. I went back to the store and once again was told that two specific doors had still not been received. The manager, Kabelo Mohlala, apologised and assured me that the supplier would deliver the doors to our home on Monday, 5 Aug.
Saturday, 10 August - still no doors or phone call. We went back to the store and Vicky (manager on duty) apologiised and assured us that this would be escalated.
Unprofessional service by sales staff, and unfultilled promises by managers.
All we want is our 2 doors! Can someone tell us when this will happen?
Totally unacceptable!
