We had this Company move our pool filter and had them mount it in a new pump house which they supplied in December 2012, after the GREAT sales pitch when coming to give us the quote we were excited to have the Company do the work as we couldn't use our pool at that stage. We paid a large deposit the very same evening after receiving the quote from the Company and arranged for them to come and do the actual work 21 December 2012 which they did, I regret to say but the service received was SO DISAPPOINTING that we decided to get someone else to come and fix the mess. We had all kinds of problems after this Company worked on our swimming pool and we were charged a arm and a leg and then we had to pay another arm to get this Companies mess sorted. The new ball valve was fitted incorrectly and my swimming pool was running on bypass the whole time, the ball valve seal wasn't glued in and fitted upside down, the solar heating wasn't working, the pool had suction problems and there was a electrical hazard and so the list goes on. I can surely tell you today, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY as the sales pitch is excellent but unfortunately I can't say the same about the workmanship!!!
