I moved in the house last year in November there are cracks, the pipes busted & I had to pay people to fix the pipes as she said black people do not know how to read contracts and I should wait for 3 months for them to come and fix cracks because if they come now and fix pipes they will close my file and will not come and fix the rest of things. I think this is unfair because those houses has a lot of mistakes.
