I would like to report the plumber that is registered with the Plumbing Industry Registration Board Reg number:3424/08.
He came in to do some work for me. There is now a pipe that is leaking into my neighbour below me apartment that wasnt there before. Even if he claims he never worked on that, he redid my entire bathroom so something must have happened and it is now leaking.
Also the toilet was leaking 2 weeks after he finished the job which he never came to fix. It now has terrible backwash and I have to flush 3 times for anything to go down.
This is besides his shody work of putting in one tile that is a different colour to the rest because he messed up the original tile and then when putting in the new one didn't do it correctly.
He is now ignoring me and wont come fix it and is saying I have not paid him. But if you need I have proof of payment to him in full. In fact I paid him before the agreement of his contract.
It has been just over a month since he finished and he told me his company is now closed so I cannot hold him accountable. Now he is working for RTC Electrical.
This is unacceptable as I cannot now go pay another plumber to come fix his work
