I contracted Tyron to tile, install a vanity unit, install a geyser, and to do the necessary plumbing and electrical work.
He did not even send me a proper quote/invoice on a letterhead - just over email.
Firstly, I had to call him back to redo a few tiles because they were uneven. He made an excuse about the floor being uneven.
Secondly, I had to call him back to redo the vanity unit because it was totally uneven. He made another excuse about the walls being skew.
I had to call him back for the 3rd time to fix a leaking pipe.
He would also arrive late and say that it was because he had to do another job; meanwhile you could smell last night's alcohol on his breath.
I was supposed to have moved into this room on 1 October... it I now 2 November.
Eventually I had to get another contractor to come fix up the mess.
And this is the guy that is paid to tile the MTN stores?!?!
