29/11/2013 requested a teraline 3 seater swing on promotion and not on the floor. All six of the staff at enquiries desk looked confused, totally unhelpful and preoccupied on their personal cell phones. A disorganised file of catalogues were paged through and still no result. I requested a swing be collected but it took a 1/2 hour before results. No help was offered to load my car in the driving hail with purchases of a 2.65x3.15 rug and gravity chair either. COME ON b/w where are your competent staff or rather floor manager???
