After an excellent installation of the irrigation system the supplier was requested to come do some repairs on the system and after three attempts failed to do so and at the last visit actually switched the irrigation system onto the washing on the line and departed with correcting what was requested of them. The owner/directors then had the audacity to even call explaining that I had to find another installer as they somehow could not assist me with the repairs. This pompous attitude proves how some company owners still lack business acumen and their level of maturity and professionalis when it comes to successfully managing and running small scale businesses. I hope he gets exactly what he did to me one day!!!
