I wanted to make use of Kenya Airways for the first time - what a mistake!! Thanks to my encounter I will never offer my business to them again! The Reservations staff at the Johannesburg office are incapable, unprofessional and very rude! I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful, unprofessional manner within a business setting! Invest in training your staff about the basics of customer service as well as leadership - Edith and her team are lowering the standards of the brand.
