2 weeks ago Bedfordview Appliance Services collected my fridge that was running but not keeping anything cold or frozen. All was fine until the fridge came back after paying R970. After a day the fridge wasn't keeping anything cold.
I called in and was put on hold for so long that R20 airtime depleted. I called back, leaving my number and asking them to call me to resolve the problem. I heard nothing back until the person that referred me to them called them and asked them to be at my home at 9am. They cant even make their own appointments!
I sent a mail to complain about them not responding to my calls and I got a very rude response that again said that they will be at my home this morning.
After 9am today I waited 20 minutes and nobody had arrived nor called to tell me they were late. I sent another mail and asked to be refunded
At first they refused and the call turned into an argument where the "owner" - Pino - claimed that saying they are offering bad service was a personal insult to him. He took everything so personally that he ended up telling me that i'll be sorry if I bump into him in Befordview, adding that I don't know him. I'm not surprised he's been to CPA before
