A complaint was posted on Hello Peter in 2012 for the contractor not delivering for services paid for and leaving house with water leaks, structural damage & hazardous black mildew build up in walls. Thereafter the matter was reported to the NHBRC that found in our favour on all accounts. Again the contractor arrived for the first meeting and thereafter never again. It appears that ECOFRAME has so much business that they need not react to opportunities to re-instate their name in the industry. instead they rather blame the consumer's attitude for the pipe and roof leakages etc while lying in an attempt to get more money from a client before they withdraw from site without notice. Be very careful before you decide to use them. Maybe ask them to place photos on their facebook page of houses they actually built and not what they copied from the internet. After heavy leaks in house with last night's storm in Kempton, this morning we were advised that the flat roof light weight concrete is disintegrating.
