Almost a year ago my roof/house has been damaged by hail (20/10/2012). Absa's preferred vendor did not carry out the repairs professionally causing major leaks to my ceiling this was reported to them in March this year. We are now having heavy rains and my house is just been ruined again. I am constantly in contact with them but they cannot find their preffered contractor and sent a new contractor and has issues with higher costs.. LOL more damages means more cost.
