I am most frustrated, disappointed and totally disgusted with Glass Clinic's lack of service, pathetic client relations, shoddy workmanship and their unprofessional and unethical business approach.
They are very eager to take ones money but when I complained about the job not yet being completed and then their bad workmanship, Elna continuously promises to send out a team to rectify THEIR workmanship - or rather - lack thereof.
The installation took place in May. I had to beg them to come through and finish the job. Our windows still wont open properly and neither will the door. - due to a lack of workmanship! Please note -there was never a supervisor on site. Thereafter it was one promise after another. I continually mail and phone Elna but nothing gets done and everything she, or Johan says has to be taken with a truck full of salt!
As to date, (6 MONTHS LATER!!! With mammoth amounts of patience from my part...) no delivery on false promises. (no surprise there).
This matter is being handed over to the Consumer Complaints board.
I have documented everything in the form of photos and have kept all the deceitful emails.
