PATHERIC SERVICE FOR FAULTY UNIT

I can't believe that a company like Ondela Landscaping only has 1 person in case of emergencies. I had to replace a 2nd unit of the Hunter irrigation system because the first one just stopped working. A second unit was installed on the 7th Janaury 2013 which means it is still under guarantee. All of a sudden the irrigation system starts spraying without stopping and the weird thing is that the unit is switched off.

Rinus from Ondela landscaping could not assist on Friday 22nd November and said I have to switch off the water. This is crucial because I can't operate at home without water. It has cost me R14 000 in total now for the two units but there is no after care service because they just don't bother to come out and fix the problem. He was rued after I told him I am fed up and useless. A few months ago the fixed the wires but somewhere along the line they are fiddling with the units so that the customer have to replace the unit and they can make a few extra bucks. They are quick to take your money but useless to come out and fix what they up.
