We at Accurate Locksmith have had a sound relationship with the House of Locks, although their products below standard, having to go back to our customers on a continual basis to put in new locks we have beared with them and just learnt that the customer comes last. We spent a fortune with this company and never have they presented a year end thankyou. If they had to do a recon they would find that the amount we have paid them really deserves a thankyou. Since the take over by Sanlic, I have had a run in with Charmain who is rude, unapproachable and just down right threatening. She should not be in a people person position and on receiving a threatening letter from her and Sanlic I do hope that PSIRA shuts them down for selling Locks to people who are not registered and the Locksmith Association takes them to task. May this company never grow and always maintain their bad practice so they may be shut down because of a rude apple fallen from a tree. GOOD RIDDANCE
