R & R Roofing was retained to find and fix a leak from the above balcony into the flat below over a year ago. During the first attempt repairs were carried out in summer, R & R was paid and then when the rainy season hit we notice that the problem had not been fixed. It took months to get Shane back to site re-assess the problem, he then quoted on new work. The work was then carried out for a second time & paid for a second time with an unsuccessfull result. For the past four months ive been trying to get Shane Roberts "The Roofing Expert" with 28 years experience who claims to be honest, reliable & efficient back to do an ink dye test. I the customer with no experience in waterproofing suggested that we do this as we had been unsucessfull twice. Shane although polite on the phone agreed to meet but either cancels on the day or just doesnt pitch. Prospective customers should be wary of companies and people that operate unethically.
