I used H2O Roofing and Waterproofing to redo the waterproofing in the roof above my braai area.
They started the job on Monday the 22nd of July and took that day and most of the next Wednesday to complete the job. That very weekend it rained quite hard which allowed me to check how well the job was done. Suffice to say it leaked like the proverbial sieve. It actually leaks worse than it did before they "repaired" the roof. It now leaks around my braai chimney, through some of the nails that hold the roof sheets on, under the gutter and in a corner where the gutter starts.
I notified them of this on the 27th of July and to date they have not sorted it out. That is 2.5 months later and my roof still leaks. I accept that there have been rainy days which would get in the way but 2.5 months later and still nothing? I have been promised on more than one occasion by Emile that it would be fixed but obviously promises don't mean much.
