In my 10 years of doing garage door sales repairs and services I have never come across such a rude woman who flew into a frenzy when I simply asked her about payment. We had been given a fax number for invoicing purposes and when I asked her if she had received it she totally freaked out and went off at me and said I was insinuating that they didn't't want to pay! This is not the first time I have had a run in with Debbie, the first time we met her she shouted at us from her gate saying we were late for a meeting she had arranged through our supplier which we knew nothing about. She accused me of having a bad attitude and said they don't receive faxes, then why I ask would her partner give me a fax number? She's is totally rude, flippant, lacks communication skills and has a superiority complex of note and does not give a person time to talk because she's on the defence all the time. I should warn all who come into contact with her to avoid her shrill voice and negative attitude and deal with mark only who seems to know business etiquette better than her. I am absolutely disgusted she is my worst client in 10 years and we have had some pretty rough people to deal with. I'm sorry!
