Unprofessional and Poor Service Delivery

We ordered the couches on the 12th of October 2013. We were promised that they will be delivered by the 1st of November by Rebekah, the sales manager at Arredo Furnitures. It was close to the delivery day when were told that there were some delays with the leather and this only came after we called to find out what is the progress. Rebekah kept on promising us that we will get them as soon as the following Wednesday, but still other reasons not to finish with the couches kept on pouring. This was a poor service delivery throughout the process, and now we are being told about festive season which is yet another reason why we can't get our product finished on time. As we write this we took a day off to just be able to get our couches which we were absolutely assured that they will be delivered, but still nothing. We got called by the delivery guy, who is as well complaining, that he cannot deliver because all the sales people have their phones off as he's experiencing a dilemma with them as well. We have been calling the entire time trying to find out how far our couches are, but no one is answering their phones. This is utterly unprofessional and very disappointing.
