Ath is now 3 years old and since it was installed the pipes burst off after first day!!! cost me R3000 to have bath opened and retiled at my expense for faulty manufacture. now again motor is dead and jets dont work. build quality is poor at best and they should be pulled off the market. I have spent more than the bath cost to keep it working. best I can do is let all my friends in the industry know to avoid this brand. for a call out fee I can have one of their technicians come out after I have paid again for a builder to open up the brickwork at my own expense . better off buying a whole new bath from someone else. pathetic service.
