Faulty Bath

Below is the promised that was made to me by the branch manager regarding my faulty bath which was replaced but still standing in my garage coz im still waiting for the re-installation fee. the matter was reported at the end of March 2013 which he only responded on the 22nd May NOW we are in July still the promise still not met. im really disappointed about this and its not about the money but the service since they always promise the BEST but this coz thi bath faded few months after i bought it.

I have received confirmation from the supplier that we can replace your bath for you.

They will also pay the installation fee of R750.00 for the re-installation.

Please advise on acceptance of this email.
