We had Blupool as a contracted company to clean our pool. Almost everytime they came we found some kind of a problem. Once they left the pool on backwash and we found it with the water half way down.. cost to us. We had a digital timer that has gone as well. The one instant they left our kreepy with out the bottom on when they left... they a pool cleaning service, where was our flap and why if they service the pool was this not bought to our attention. When you complain in writing to them, they say they will get back to you... 1 month later after saying we will make this public.. they still have the cheek to argue with you and yet the problems have not been resolved.. The person responsible still said that he would check out his guys again, we have photographic evidence of all this, he has never made a personal appointment to see us, but he says he is professional. We terminated their services and if you want to see professional, the company we use now is, they leave notes about problems, sign off visits and don't leave your pool looking like it was never cleaned. My opinion, never use this company, rather pay that little extra and use Sunshine Pool's. Blupool costs you more anyway
